Ladybarn House, Manchester:
Accrue Capital, in a joint venture with Development Securities (now U+I), purchased Ladybarn House, Fallowfield having identified an opportunity to refurbish and reposition the property as purpose-built student accommodation. Accrue undertook the extensive development of the whole building on a phased basis to allow for continued occupation. The property was sold in 2015 to Empiric PLC following 3 years of 100% occupancy.
Mount Ephraim Road, Tunbridge Wells:
Accrue Capital, in joint venture with a UK pension fund, designed, developed, and managed the full refurbishment and re-letting of the property. The project was complete on time and within budget.
