Swan Portoflio

Accrue Capital, in conjunction with PGIM, acquired the Swan portfolio for £49 million.

The transaction involved facilitating the purchase of complex, cross border, offshore structures for which Accrue Capital has established a strong reputation in the market.

The portfolio contained 12 industrial, 3 retail and 3 office assets and Accrue Capital has in place a detailed asset level business plan in place to add value via a combination of lease restructuring and re-positioning.

Accrue Capital has an ongoing appetite to pursue similar corporate acquisitions of this nature.
