Accrue purchased the Quantum buildings in Maidenhead from a UK fund in 2021.

The buildings total 123,000 sq ft and area let to a range of occupiers in the pharmaceutical and technology sectors.

The business plan is to add value via a combination of lease restructuring, refurbishment, and the development of fitted suites. Accrue are also investing in the building in a way that will improve the energy efficiency and overall sustainability of the building.
